About NBSA

The New Brunswick Student Alliance (NBSA) is a lobby group which represents over 16 000 students from six campuses and one community college across the province. It has been defending, promoting and campaigning for the issues that are fundamental to the students of New Brunswick for over 20 years. The NBSA lobbies for student interests at the provincial and inter provincial levels of government.

The NBSA is very active during the year defending and promoting student issues. It has been especially active before and during electoral campaigns, raising awareness and making sure that issues affecting students are heard and put forward in the program platforms of the different political parties.

Mission Statement
The New Brunswick Student Alliance is a democratically elected student organization that effectively represents and advocates for New Brunswick students on post secondary education issues. As a member driven organization that conducts research and develops innovative policy, the NBSA strives to improve the quality of a students’ post secondary experience.

Vision
The New Brunswick Student Alliance envisions a New Brunswick post secondary education system where any qualified student has access to an affordable, high quality post secondary education.
